Please note that our address, 248 West Nyack Road, does not show up on some navigation devices.

It's easy to get to us! We are centrally located in Rockland County. West Nyack is easily accessed from every town and hamlet in the county. Additionally, our location is convenient for those who reside in Bergen & Passaic Counties in New Jersey and Westchester County.

We are in an industrial park at 248 West Nyack Road, shortly down the road from Cablevision (we're in the same building as the Social Security Administration), less than a 1/4 mile from Route 304. We have a 10' x 20' sign and balloons guiding the way into the facility. When entering the industrial park, it will be easy to find us. Below are directions from different areas.

From New City, NY and Surrounding Areas:

» Route 304 South
» Turn LEFT onto West Nyack Road (Honda Dealership on corner)
» See the Social Security Adminstration Building on the left - (we are on the opposite side of the same building in the back)
» Turn Left into 248 W Nyack Rd, West Nyack, NY (See our Screamin Parties Banner outside by road)
» Follow the signs and go through the two fences towards the rear of the building.

From Suffern, NY, some areas in New Jersey and Surrounding Areas:

» NEW YORK STATE THRUWAY SOUTH
» Merge onto the PALISADES PKWY SOUTH, EXIT 13S
» Go to your first exit, EXIT 8W toward SPRING VALLEY (it comes up quickly)
» Make an IMMEDIATE RIGHT onto Rose Road (Green Sign). Go to end.
» Turn RIGHT onto West Nyack Rd
» Make an immediate left into the Industrial Park. You'll see the SCREAMIN' PARTIES BANNER.
» Follow the signs and go through the two fences towards the rear of the building.

From the Tappan Zee Bridge:

» NEW YORK STATE THRUWAY NORTH
» Merge onto the PALISADES PKWY SOUTH, EXIT 13S
» Go to your first exit, EXIT 8W toward SPRING VALLEY (it comes up quickly)
» Make an IMMEDIATE RIGHT onto Rose Road (Green Sign). Go to end.
» Turn RIGHT onto West Nyack Rd

From New York City, Fort Lee, NJ and Surrounding Areas:

» Take the Palisades Parkway North
» Merge onto Exit 8W toward Spring Valley (Route 59 West) (it comes up quickly)
» Make an IMMEDIATE RIGHT onto Rose Road (Green Sign). Go to end.
» Turn RIGHT onto West Nyack Rd.
» Make an immediate left into the Industrial Park. You'll see the SCREAMIN' PARTIES BANNER.
» Follow the signs and go through the two fences towards the rear of the building..
